Opportunity for an experienced People Partner to enable business leaders to effectively manage and support their people. The role will partner with leaders to provide tailored HR advice and is located in Auckland City Fringe.
You will be working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment supported by a highly collaborative and supportive team.
Specifically:
- Providing HR expertise to business on the full employee lifecycle
- Experience in a wide range of HR disciplines including leadership capability, operational HR, talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and retention, etc.
- Strong experience in interpreting and understanding HR processes and policies, including workers compensation
- Proven ability to track and report a range of data and metrics
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively partner with business to influence decision-making
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- Delivery of people strategies including performance, engagement, and talent initiatives to the business
- Partnering with leaders on employee lifecycle
- Attract, develop, and retain talent
- Provide guidance and advise to line managers
- Coach leaders on people processes including organisational effectiveness, performance discussions, policy interpretation, ER/IR and Health and Safety
- Manage ER/IR cases end to end
- Support the planning and implementation of a range of business initiatives and change programs across the business
- Provide subject matter expertise
About you:
- Experience in a Human Resource Business Partner or HR Manager role
- Knowledge of various HR disciplines
- Good knowledge of employment related legislation, principles, and practices in NZ
- Positive can-do attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
