- Generalist HR support
- ER coaching and support
- People policy interpretation and guidance
- Performance Management guidance and support to leaders i.e. PIP’s etc…
- Disciplinary process management – misconduct, performance, serious misconduct
- Allegation management – i.e. Investigation process
- Change management execution
- Assist HR Advisors and HR projects
