• Hourly rate contract to end of April 2026
• Auckland CBD location

Opportunity for a People Partner/HRBP to join an organisation in the CBD to provide the following advisory:

• Generalist HR support
• ER coaching and support
• People policy interpretation and guidance
• Performance Management guidance and support to leaders i.e. PIP’s etc…
• Disciplinary process management – misconduct, performance, serious misconduct
• Allegation management – i.e. Investigation process
• Change management execution
• Assist HR Advisors and HR projects
