We’re looking for someone practical, confident, and people-focused to join a busy customer service environment in a varied contract role.

This position combines customer service quality monitoring, coaching support, and customer relationship management.  You’ll be listening to customer calls, identifying areas for improvement, supporting service standards, and reconnecting with customers to help strengthen relationships and win back business.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Listening to recorded customer calls and reviewing service quality
  • Identifying coaching and training opportunities
  • Preparing simple reports and performance insights
  • Supporting leaders with feedback and customer service improvements
  • Reaching out to former or inactive customers
  • Visiting customers and supporting relationship management activity
  • Helping improve the overall customer experience

About you:
You could come from a contact centre, customer service, account management, or sales background. Leadership, coaching, or QA experience would be helpful, but what matters most is your ability to communicate well, build relationships, and confidently handle conversations.

You’ll likely bring:
  • Experience in account management, or contact centre environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence giving feedback and having honest conversations
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail
