We are currently seeking a polished, highly skilled Personal Assistant for a private organisation, commencing ASAP for 1 year. This role is for 1 year as it is covering maternity leave.

  • Temporary PA assignment for 1 year commencing ASAP
  • Large private organisation
  • Must be double vaccinated as will be working in the office
  • $40-$45 p/h depending on experience
  • CBD location

Skills, attributes and experience required:

  • Proven Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives, managers and teams
  • Minute taking and agenda experience
  • Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
  • Preparation of reports and correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail as the manager you're supporting is very detail orientated
  • MS Office and Teams experience, and experience using Adobe InDesign is preferred but not required
