We have a temporary Personal Assistant role commencing ASAP for 8 weeks to start. This role has a big potential to go longer! This is for a large government organisation based in the CBD location. They have flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week


 
•    Personal Assistant – temporary opportunity for 8 weeks to start  
•    $35.00 - $43.00 per hour depending on experience 
•    CBD location 
•    Flexibility to work from home 
•    No vaccine pass required 



Skills, attributes and experience required:



•    Proven PA/TA experience supporting managers, and teams 
•    Minute taking and agenda experience 
•    Experience with travel arrangements and diary management 
•    Preparation of reports and correspondence 
•    Strong attention to detail 
•    Relationship building skills with a good sense of humour 
•    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
•    Effective organisational and administrative skills 
•    MS Office and Teams experience



To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:



•    Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship 
•    Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice 
•    Live in Wellington
