  • 3-month temp role with potential to go permanent  
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide support to an Executive Director within a Government organisation-based Auckland CBD.
About the role:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with departmental standards
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start Monday 27th Feb!
