  • $70,000 - $80,000 annually (negotiable depending on experience)
Are you currently a legal secretary and are looking to step into a Personal Assistant role? Or you may be an experienced Personal Assistant looking for new opportunities. Our client is within the Government sector and they are looking for an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to join their fast-growing team. You will be working alongside other Personal Assistants in the business to support the Senior team and Executive Directors.

Our ideal candidate:
  • Have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Ideally come from a legal background or has worked in legal environment
  • Able to bring in a vibrant energy!
  • Be professional and proactive
  • Highly organised and detailed-oriented
  • Have excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to work in a team but also independently in a fast-pace environment
  • Have full working rights in New Zealand, overseas applicants will not be considered
