We have a temporary Personal Assistant role commencing ASAP for three months in the heart of Wellington. This role is ideally looking for someone with previous PA experience and is paying up to $55 - $60 per hour depending on experience.
 
  • Temporary Personal Assistant role commencing ASAP for 3 months
  • Based in CBD for a large government organisation  
  • $55.00 - $60.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Monday – Friday, 40 hours

Key responsibilities include:
 
  • Diary/calendar management
  • Inbox management
  • Organising meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders
  • Minute taking
  • Performing minor bookkeeping duties; receipt management and invoicing

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
 
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or proven diary management experience, ideally within government
  • Professional stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the Microsoft suite and using video conference tools
  • High level of organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
