You will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director by managing his schedule and ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules, including organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and events
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as required
- Draft and send emails and other correspondence as needed
- Manage the filing and archiving of documents and information
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Provide general administrative support as required
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or strong administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
