This is a great opportunity for you to utilise your PA/coordination/administration and organisational skills to improve the day to day business operations within this local Government agency. The successful candidate will have proven experience, a strong sense of efficiency and be able to hit the ground running. No two days will be the same in this role - you will constantly be forward planning to see where you can assist next!
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Team Administrator role
- Be able to work independently
- Have impeccable organisation and time management skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people at a range of different levels
