- 3 days work from home and 2 days in the office.
- Flexible start times.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- You will be reporting to a director and looking after 4 ministers with PA and administrative duties.
- 1:1 support to the director, including complex diary and email management.
- Relationship management and engagement across the group and wider organisation.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
- Organisation of events.
- Arrangement of couriers, ordering of stationary, car parks and catering.
- Ad hoc administration support to the shared services team as required.
- You will have experience as a PA or strong Team Administrator.
- You will be highly organised and proactive in your role.
- You will be confident in a dynamic environment and flexible in your approach; willing to roll up your sleeves up and pitch in where required.
- You will be self-managing and able to handle a demanding workload while working with different styles and conflicting priorities.
- Previous experience within the AOG is a must.
- Microsoft office.
- Be proactive, take initiative and anticipate the Director’s needs.
