We are currently seeking a polished and experienced Personal Assistant for a temporary assignment starting ASAP! This opportunity is with a large government organisation for 3 months to start.

  • Personal Assistant for a temporary role in a fast-faced, fun environment
  • ASAP for 3 months to start
  • $30-$35 p/h depending on experience
  • High profile government organisation

Skills, attributes and experience required:

  • Proven PA/TA experience supporting senior executives, managers and teams
  • Minute taking and agenda experience
  • Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
  • Preparation of reports and correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relationship building skills with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective organisational and administrative skills
  • MS Office and Teams experience

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
  • Live in Wellington
