Our client is looking for a confident and proactive Personal Assistant, who can provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Marketing & Communications. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the connector between senior leaders and key stakeholders, helping to drive marketing initiatives and business outcomes.

About you:

You are an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to get things done.  You will bring a commercial mindset, excellent communications skills and a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.

You will have:
 
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex, fast-moving environments
  • A positive, self-managing attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a global marketing team
  • A passion for organisation, communication and making things run smoothly

Accountabilities:
 
  • Coordinate and track strategic marketing initiatives and budgets
  • Prepare meeting documentation, agendas, action items, and follow-ups
  • Manage travel and accommodation logistics
  • Support project coordination and task management as needed
  • Corporate support including inbox and calendar management, administration, expenses, meeting logistics, reporting and financial documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams where required
