Do you enjoy supporting a team or manager and have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment? We are currently seeking a polished, highly skilled Team Administrator/ Personal Assistant for a temporary role through till January 2022. If you have proven team support experience and are available immediately, get in touch today!

  • Short term assignment till the end of January 2022
  • $30-$35 p/h depending on experience
  • Immediate start - can work with a 5-day notice period

Skills, attributes and experience required:

  • Proven PA/TA experience supporting senior executives, managers, and teams
  • Minute taking and agenda experience
  • Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
  • Preparation of reports and correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relationship building skills with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective organisational and administrative skills
  • MS Office and Teams experience

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
  • Live in Wellington
