We are seeking strong Personal Assistants/Team Administrators for temporary assignments within a large government agency.

Currently our assignments range from:

  • ASAP start - 2 months with possibility of extension
  • $30.00 per hour
  • CBD

The successful candidates will have the following skills:

  • Great organizational skills
  • Complex diary and email inbox management
  • Meeting administration which involves scheduling, minute taking and circulating agendas
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Be good at multitasking and problem solving
  • Have good communication skills and have a sense of professionalism
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Have strong business acumen which comes with knowing the workings of the business and industry well
  • A friendly and professional attitude with a high level of personal presentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong excel skills
  • Confident with using Microsoft 365 and can pick up new systems and processes quickly
