We have a new 12 Month Fixed Term opportunity working as a Personal Assistant. Happy to wait a 4-week notice period or for a start date commencing in January 2022. Perfect for someone wanting a fresh start in the new year.

  • Personal Assistant 12 Month Fixed Term role
  • $53-$65K depending on experience
  • CBD location, close to Wellington Railway station
  • Flexibility to work from home - 2 -3 days a week

Skills, attributes and experience required:

  • Proven PA/TA experience supporting senior executives, managers and teams
  • Minute taking and agenda experience
  • Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
  • Preparation of reports and correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relationship building skills with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective organisational and administrative skills
  • MS Office and Teams experience
