We are currently seeking polished, highly skilled Personal Assistants/ Team Administrators for multiple temporary roles we have coming up. We have a range of different roles available, at different level and organization- so if you are seeking your next opportunity and available ASAP, get in touch today!

  • Personal Assistant temporary roles in fast-faced, fun environments
  • Short and long-term assignments, ranging from 6 weeks to 6 months
  • $28-$35 p/h depending on experience

Skills, attributes and experience required:

  • Proven PA/TA experience supporting senior executives, managers and teams
  • Minute taking and agenda experience
  • Experience with travel arrangements and diary management
  • Preparation of reports and correspondence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relationship building skills with a good sense of humour
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective organisational and administrative skills
  • MS Office and Teams experience
