These roles involve supporting large teams and high-level executives in administrative and secretarial capacities. We work with exclusive clients, in both public and private sectors.

 To be Eligible to Apply You Need:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Team Administrator or Personal Assistant (preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience in office-based, business support roles (essential)
  • Ability to start immediately, or with five working days notice to a current employer (essential)
  • Current eligibility to work in New Zealand; Citizenship, Residency or Visa (essential)
  • Based in the Wellington region, with the ability to travel to CBD, Lower Hutt or Porirua locations (essential)
  • Experience in; diary management, meeting coordination, miinute taking, board support, agendas, financial administration (preferred)
