About the position:

  • Forecasting customer volumes
  • Analysing the order profile of key customers
  • Regularly monitoring order trends throughout the day to quickly identify unexpected trends e.g. a customer is experiencing higher than usual volumes and therefore needs more resource dedicated towards them
  • Regular productivity reporting
  • Fulfilling ad hoc requests
  • Drafting the labour allocation plan to ensure ability to meet expected volumes while maintaining an efficient cost base
  • Utilising labour management tool to help make changes to teams throughout the day

About you:

  • You will have good excel skills
  • Analytically sound judgment to make big-picture decisions to meet customer obligations cost-efficiently
  • Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise and process various workflows in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to problem solve in high-pressure situations
  • Keen sense of initiative to identify and address issues as early as possible

The following is a bonus:

  • Excel modelling experience
  • Familiarity with labour planning in highly dynamic environments
