Job Description

About the Contract:
This is a short-term contract for an experienced PMO Analyst working on portfolio reporting, insights and dashboard development across a large national infrastructure portfolio.

Skills & Attributes:
  • PMO, portfolio, programme or project reporting experience
  • Experience in portfolio performance reporting
  • Data analysis, executive reporting and dashboard management.
  • Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting experience
  • Experience producing performance reporting and portfolio insights for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis
  • Comfortable working across multiple data sources and improving data quality
  • Curious mindset with an ability to ask probing questions and challenge assumptions
  • Strong can-do attitude and willingness to work at pace
  • PPM tools such as Planview or Primavera are an advantage but not essential
