About the role:

What you will need:
- A highly strategic, senior level role, you will need to bring a high calibre portfolio of experience which can be attributed to proven success and outcomes
- Your focus will be to Build, maintain and challenge a workforce plan and strategy across your team/s whilst embed a coaching and development mentality by promoting a continuous development culture
- Your skillset will include strong management of technical teams, proven stakeholder engagement and leadership at the highest level
- Sound technical skills, ideally from a Java Development background will also see you hit the ground running
- Essential: Experience with senior level management of software development teams, including squads
- Essential: Applicants need to have a right to work in New Zealand with a valid visa and be currently present in the Country
