This is a senior, high-impact role reporting through a business partnering structure and focused on providing strategic leadership and expert advice across remuneration frameworks, reward strategy, and pay equity. The role plays a key part in shaping fair, transparent, and future-focused remuneration practices across a complex, multi-location workforce.
I'm looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is available to start in the next two weeks.
