Our client is seeking an experienced Principal level Organisational Development professional who understands workforce capability and learning practices.
You will be responsible for creating a guide that will ultimately contribute to a capability build in a business area of 200, as well as developing an understanding of what is expected across the different roles in the group. This area is a high interest group across the business with lots of priorities on the go.
You will be experienced in developing frameworks that support workforce development, have excellent written communication skills and bring a collaborative design and development approach to developing products.
