Our client is seeking an experienced Problem Manager for a 12 month contract.
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
- strong relationship experience, must be able to establish rapport with technical staff
- facilitate, and get the technical teams to own end to end Problem and Incident Management - finding root cause of problems, having proper pathway for escalation and solution
- maintain high level of integrity when rolling out the Problem Management process
- managed a roll out of Knowlege management process
- process improvement
