We are looking for a Procurement and Fleet Analyst on a 12 month Fixed Term contract to join a company setting the standards for the building and construction industry!

This in role you will be responsible for enhancing the company procurement activities, managing the national company fleet of vehicles and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the GPS Analysis monthly reporting over the company fleet.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing national supplier contracts and act as the key contact.
  • Managing the national Company Fleet and reviewing supplier reports to ensure employees are using the fleet correctly, and ensure optimisation of mile usage occurs.
  • Acting as the key contact for insurance claims for the National company fleet. 
  •  Run monthly reports on the national company fleet of vehicles using GPS reporting.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in providing customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines Strong relationship building and management skills
