Procurement Quality Assurance Auditor, 4 month contract, immediate start, Auckland based!

Our client is seeking a Procurement Quality Assurance Auditor to support the Strategy, planning and intelligence Manager:

Your day to day duties will include:

  • Perform interim Service Delivery functions
  • Perform Internal audit on Procurement Benefit report packs
  • Review the current Procurement Benefit pack creation process
  • Establish new clean Procurement Benefit pack creation process
  • Embed process into the Procurement team
  • Responsible for managing the month end reporting timetable
  • Manage month end cut off
  • Timely and accurate provision of reports to improve business performance and enable decision making
  • Auditing benefit packs
  • Procurement benefit pack creation process
  • Procurement benefit framework

You will need to have the following attributes:

  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Minimum 5 years internal audit experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of the Procurement process
