Now, with the experience and growth they’ve achieved, my client has a large team onboard while maintaining that family feel, and is looking to add a new member for a fixed term contract.
About the Role:
My client is searching for a Procurement Specialist to join their highly successful and busy team on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company’s procurement of raw materials and packaging for their current product line, as well as newly released items coming to market. A key part of the role will also be to take on various projects including optimising and defining the procurement protocols and procedures.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and a background in FMCG, preferably in a Food related role with 1-2 years’ experience in either Procurement, Stock Control, Purchasing and Planning or Inventory Management.
You would also possess the following attributes:
- An understanding of Procurement and Purchasing practises
- Strong relationship building
- Good attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
