Our client is a well-known and established organisation, who are looking for a temp to come in and get the procurement department into tip-top order.
They require a procurement specialist to assist with the management, purchasing and administration of clients. You must have previous procurement experience!
You should be able to manage the procurement process for clients including returns, evaluations & credit requests. You will also provide pricing inquiries and quotes, create orders and related administrative tasks, handle general client inquiries, maintain contact details in client database and assist with debtor’s inquiries.
You will need to be able to work independently; you will also possess a professional attitude and be able to communicate and operate at a professional level
If you have excellent MS office skills, excellent communication both written and verbal and are available immediately, I would love to hear from you!
