Beyond Recruitment is looking for experienced Customer Product Advisors with a strong background in customer service and administration for temporary roles. You will need to have worked within a role where product knowledge is essential and have experience in ordering, quoting and organising logistics for a large range of products.

 

We want candidates with the right kind of attitude and focus for these roles - a drive for excellence in customer service is a must.

We work with clients who have extensive product ranges, so full training will be provided so that you can meet the demands of the role ensuring you are set up for success. A background in a similar role would see you transition quickly into these assignments.

You will be comfortable learning the ropes quickly and enjoy working at a fast pace.

Typical duties include:

  • Daily processing of customer orders & quotations
  • Answering customer queries over the telephone and via email
  • Communication with suppliers and customers to ensure high service delivery standards are met
  • Liaison with internal warehousing and logistics teams
  • Support to and reporting for sales reps

Your experience/skills:

  • Experienced in a customer service, product based environment
  • Previous exposure to CRM or ERP systems, along with strong MS Office skills will be a big advantage
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work at pace in busy environments
