• Product Analyst – Service Design & Analysis

• Security Clearance required

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our client in Auckland. This role sits in their existing Service Design & Analysis Team.
This role plays a crucial function in the Product Lifecycle Management Framework, with a strong focus on the Ideation phase, ensuring products, platforms and services are well‑defined, supportable, and aligned to business and service outcomes.  You will need to be comfortable working in a complex environment, where priorities change and evolve.

You will need to have Security Clearance for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing high‑quality analysis and documentation,
• Working closely with Product Managers, Domain Architects, and Solution Designers to define and document requirements for products, platforms, and services.
• Clearly defining product, platform, and service scope, approach, and delivery plans.
• Designing, organising, and facilitating requirements and design workshops as needed.
• Managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, dependencies, and inputs into support processes.
• Producing and maintaining knowledge articles and product documentation.
• Providing monthly product data analysis.

To be considered you must have:

• Product, platform, or service definition and process mapping experience,
• Security Clearance,
• Business analysis experience across the full product delivery lifecycle,
• Experience in validating functional and technical business requirements,
• Data analysis and interpretation experience,
• Risk identification and analysis experience,
• Experience in leading information‑gathering and design workshops
• Experience with ITIL is a bonus
