About the role:
We're looking for Product Managers for our client to look after key brands covering Network Equipment, UPS systems and NAS technology. The other is looking after Backup, RMM and Security solutions.
You may be in a product management role already and looking for a change in team culture, or you might be someone in a sales, technical or customer service role who would like the opportunity to fully own a brand.
About you:
- Explaining technical information to customers and internal stakeholders in a way that is easily understandable.
- Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
- Come up with amazing marketing ideas and initiatives and have the oversight to see them through successfully.
- Deliver champion like presentations to vendors and to the channel both virtually and in person.
- Ensure Sales Engineers and other internal stakeholders are up to date with the latest news from your brands.
- Contribute to marketing channels by sharing some exciting content via eDM or socially.
- Act as a contact between ourselves, our customers, and our vendors.
- Stay up to date on all things relevant to the brands you're responsible for.
