We are seeking a Product Owner to provide advice and insights and identify opportunities to improve how the company can use channel intelligence, natural language processing and other analytics to improve decision making.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience of working in an agile team and environment.
- You will know how to provide advice and analysis of products and services within a complex service organisation.
- Ability to understand service design principles, best practices, and standards (including client-centric and holistic design and co-creation).
- Knowledge of how to use and interpret analytics and insights to improve user experience and drive engagement.

Experience managing and prioritising the backlog for teams, including delivery of the team backlog and implementation of products.
