The Company/Role:
My client is a high-profile manufacturing business, a leader in their field and a pioneer in sustainability. They are currently looking for a dedicated Production Manager/Change Manager to lead change through the manufacturing team of over 100 personnel. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of their strategic goals.
This role will give the successful individual the opportunity to be a huge part of the business, and to grow your career at the perfect point in this multinational giant. You will be a strong people leader with experience in high-speed high-volume manufacturing and capable of driving cost effective solutions that increase quality and production. It is essential you have manufacturing experience and have strong analytical and problem-solving skill. You will have ideally managed an operation of multiple shifts, ensuring all staff are engaged and motivated.
You will have:
- Experience working as a Manufacturing/Production Manager
- Excellent leadership and people management experience
- Change management
- Experience with maintenance engineering or have managed maintenance teams
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Be a confident communicator, especially using reporting tools, etc
