About your experience:

Verifiable track record of successful IT program and project delivery

Experience in the world financial markets (Investment banking, hedge funds, derivatives and back-office functions)
-
As well as having a strong project and program management background, it is key that you are comfortable managing IT and change management projects that have complex technical challenges across a number of different technologies
-
Report writing that targets a variety of audiences
-
Experience in projects which have delivered Microsoft .Net multi-tier Web based IT solutions

High level communication skills
About you:

Passionate about program and project management and delivering great solutions.

Ability to handle conflict resolution in a diplomatic but firm result driven manner.

Ability to stay calm under pressure.

Self-motivating and managing and highly proactive – committed to putting all into the job every day and making things happen.

A flexible team player – being able to relate to all levels within the organisation.
