 Programme Coordinator – Temporary Assignment

We have an exciting Programme Coordinator role with a New Zealand Government Agency. If you have proven programme/project coordination and/or administration experience apply now! This role will be a mix of project support as well as executive assistant tasks. You will be joining a fast paced team who is on a critical time crunch.

  • $35.00
  • Immediate start – end of July with possibility of extension
  • Working with a project team within a large high-profile Government agency

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project documentation
  • Filing
  • Reporting
  • Arranging stakeholder meetings
  • Diary management
  • Email triage
  • Web page updates
  • Stakeholder engagement -via phone and email
  • Attending meetings
  • Taking action point minutes
  • Agenda preparation

You will need to have the follow proven experience and attributes:

  • Proven project administration/coordination  experience
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up systems quickly
  • Can do attitude
  • Proactive and enjoys using their initiative
  • Previous government experience is advantageous

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Available immediately or on a 5-workday notice
  • Live in Wellington
