What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven project coordination experience in large organisations
- Ability to work within ambiguous environments
- Experience maintaining risks and issues registers
- Strong knowledge of coordinating finances, invoices, and support budget tracking.
- Experience managing and building strong relationships with the team.
- Experience with minutes taking, arranging meetings and meeting documents
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to draft correspondents and strong documentation skills.
- MS Project experience will be good to have
