About the Role
The Programme Manager is the leader of a highly skilled team of PM’s who are delivering a range of projects in this fast moving environment. A key skill for success in this role is the ability to mentor and drive culture and behaviours of a high performing team. You will have previous experience coaching and training PM’s in and be a fountain of knowledge in all things Agile. This is a highly collaborative working environment with a healthy, progressive culture.
Skills required for this role
Programme Manager, Practice Manager experience
Work with the Product sponsor, business owners and product owners to define the roadmap for any given product, solution or project and translate this into user stories, backlog prioritisation and release train
Lead the program implementation planning readiness process- prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
Leading and growing collaborative teams trained in agile lean framework
Lead and facilitate the drive for user experience innovation cycles within your program and overall planning and delivery portfolio
Coach leaders, teams and Agile Coaches in lean-agile practices and mindsets
