About the role:

  • Maintain, coordinate and file project documentation ensuring alignment with the standard process. (training provided)
  • Quality, accuracy and sense check of documentation
  • Checking all required documentation is completed and filed
  • Meeting minutes
  • Update tracking spreadsheets and maintain files and project library
  • Other general administration and team support

About you:

  • Previous administration/coordination experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • System savvy
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Available to start ASAP
