Responsibilities for Project Administrator role include:
• Supporting the project managers with administrative duties
• Maintaining continuous overview of workstream project progress
• Tasks would include minute taking/actions, booking travel, supporting facilitating and organisation of workshops, and supporting as required
What you will bring:
• Proven experience in project administration and coordination
• Proven stakeholder engagement and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of MS Suite including Microsoft Teams
• Problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and ability to produce fit for purpose project documentation.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
