We are looking for an experienced project administrator/coordinator who can hit the ground running.  This temporary opportunity involves supporting a team of 6 in a range of project support tasks.  If your heart is community focused and you enjoy working in a positive team environment, then this is an excellent opportunity for you.

  • Commencing asap to end of June 2021
  • Mix of project admin and coordination support
  • Community focussed Government organisation
  • $40.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on experience

Key responsibilities include:

  • Travel bookings and logistics within New Zealand
  • Creating and distribution of agendas
  • Attending meetings and taking action point minutes
  • Gathering information and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sorting documentation and storing into internal system
  • Tracking workflow streams and calendar scheduling
  • Support the team with a range of general administration tasks

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes and competencies:

  • Proven experience in project support, administration or coordination roles
  • A proactive and positive “can do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Technically savvy and ability to pick up system and knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Genuinely interested in making a positive change in our communities
