About the Practice and Directors

This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to report through to two design focused, engaging and inspirational Directors, well known for their high end residential designs. 

Their philosophy favours contemporary design that takes its cue from mid-century modernism and they blend design savvy with functional.

The small team are a group of graduates at varying levels from intermediate to senior.  They are all involved in project delivery and supported by two technicians.

Having used AutoCAD since their inception, the team are in the process of converting to ArchiCad with the first of the licences just purchased.

About the opportunity

Having recently moved into a new funky Grey Lynn based space, it is time to add an Associate level role to this practice.

You can step directly into Associate level, or join as a Registered Architect with a career pathway mapped out for you to reach Associate level.

With the business in a positive busy phase, it is time to take the pressure off the Directors slightly and this role will assist wtih client meetings, design and project delivery, along with mentoring the team.  A good level of commercial nous will be valued.

About you

First and foremost, you will be a people person who is passionate about your profession and guiding others to follow you on the registration journey.

You don't shy away from the tough client meetings and you enjoy creative and thought provoking requests that lead you to stepping outside your design comfort zone.

You are smart, ambitious and values driven.

The package

Salary for this role is set within the range of $90-110,000pa. The office environment supports creativity by way of layout and personalities. You will step in to be part of a long standing existing team and supported in developing your career even further.
