Their next Auckland project is a $100M Healthcare project which will be commencing shortly. They need a Project Commercial Manager to support the financial performance of this project.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Ensuring that all contracts meet the legal and commercial standards and agreed benchmarks
- Contract administration
- Variation management and progress claim management, final accounts
- Control of all commercial, cost control and cash flow activities for the project
- Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract and subcontracts
Your background consists of the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- 10+ years experience of working in a Lead/Senior Quantity Surveyor capacity on large commercial projects in NZ over $80M value
- Strong Financial Reporting and Subcontractor management background
- Clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
This role will offer you the opportunity to work with some of the industry's best with a successful main contractor
Remuneration: $160K - $190K
