We are currently seeking an exceptional and experienced Project Administrator, for a six-month temporary role, with our excitng, public sector client. This role has a mix of coordination and administrative based tasks, supporting a busy team, in a very fast-paced environment.
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings, taking action point minutes
- Following up on actions
- Vendor contract administration
- Assistance with budget tracking
- Organising logistics for training sessions
- Data and report collation
The successful candidate must have Project Adminstration experience and be comfortable with all tasks in the brief. We are looking specifically for someone with great communication skills, who can pick things up quickly and work with agility.
