Responsibilities for Project Coordinator role include:
- Maintaining workstream project plan, risk register and calendars
- Maintaining a continuous overview of workstream project progress
- Identify, raise, and escalate any deviations from workstream project plan
- Overseeing, documenting, and providing reporting on project change control processes
- Stakeholder engagement, organisation of meetings and community comms
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in project administration and coordination
- Proven stakeholder engagement and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- An understanding of practical project methodologies
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite including Microsoft Teams and other project management tools
- Problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written and ability to produce fit for purpose project documentation.
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
