Responsibilities for Project Coordinator role include:
  • Maintaining workstream project plan, risk register and calendars
  • Maintaining a continuous overview of workstream project progress
  • Providing regular status updates to Project Lead and Managers
  • Identify, raise, and escalate any deviations from workstream project plan
  • Overseeing, documenting, and providing reporting on project change control processes
  • Maintain a comprehensive suite of project management and control tools, templates, and reports
  • Coordinate, prepare and present workstream status reporting to governance and other stakeholder groups
  • Assist with preparation of papers for governance and other programme meetings
  • Monitor workstream budget and expenditure
What you will bring:
  • Proven experience in project administration and coordination
  • Experience in planning or schedule management, financial monitoring, and budgeting
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • An understanding of practical project methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of MS Suite including Microsoft Teams and other project management tools
  • Problem solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written and ability to produce fit for purpose project documentation.
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
