Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide co-ordination and support across portfolios ensuring the needs of the wider team, as well as internal and external stakeholders are met.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven project coordination experience in large organisation.

  • Ability to work within ambiguous environments.

  • Experience maintaining risks and issues registers.

  • Strong knowledge of coordinating finances, invoices, and support budget tracking.

  • Experience managing and building strong relationships with the team.

  • Experience with minutes taking, arranging meetings and meeting documents.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to draft correspondents and strong documentation skills.

  • MS Project experience will be good to have.
