Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide co-ordination and support across portfolios ensuring the needs of the wider team, as well as internal and external stakeholders are met.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven project coordination experience in large organisation.
Ability to work within ambiguous environments.
Experience maintaining risks and issues registers.
Strong knowledge of coordinating finances, invoices, and support budget tracking.
Experience managing and building strong relationships with the team.
Experience with minutes taking, arranging meetings and meeting documents.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to draft correspondents and strong documentation skills.
MS Project experience will be good to have.
