- Project Coordinator – ICT

We are looking for a proactive Senior Project Coordinator to support delivery across multiple technology teams within a fast-paced ICT environment. This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports
- Track progress, identify risks/blockers, and support resolution
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-team coordination
- Support resource planning and capacity alignment
- Contribute to governance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven ICT Project Coordination experience
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment,
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods is an advantage.
