The Role
They are now seeking a Project Coordinator with at least 3 years’ experience, preferably with site exposure, to support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
You’ll be working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project information is accurate, well-managed, and accessible. This role plays a key part in enabling smooth project delivery from planning and design through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day project administration and coordination support
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, maintain action logs, and manage document registers
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, site visits, inductions, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Assist with scheduling updates, monitor deadlines, and track project progress
- Support document control processes, including RFIs, tender documentation, and revision management
- Assist with invoice processing and general project administration
- Support project governance, including QA audits and compliance with Health & Safety processes
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and consistently managed across teams
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience across project phases from planning and design to delivery and handover
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with document management systems (e.g. 12D Synergy, SharePoint, Aconex, Procore)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally MS Project
- A solid understanding of project document control processes
- A proactive approach to Health & Safety, with experience supporting H&S compliance
- Site experience (preferred) and a practical mindset
