About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our clients’ team on a temporary basis. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks and ensuring that the project runs smoothly. The successful candidate will work independently and be a fantastic communicator. A key requirement for this role is a good understanding and knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori. While fluency is not mandatory, the candidate must be comfortable with the language and the day-to-day Māori business protocols.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating documentation and follow-ups
  • Ensuring that all team members have the necessary resources and support
  • Liaising with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Assisting in the implementation of the programmes
  • Supporting the team in daily activities and ensuring the project runs smoothly
  • Preparing reports and other documentation as required
About you:
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Teams and MS Suite, including MS Project
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
