Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our clients’ team on a temporary basis. As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks and ensuring that the project runs smoothly. The successful candidate will work independently and be a fantastic communicator. A key requirement for this role is a good understanding and knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori. While fluency is not mandatory, the candidate must be comfortable with the language and the day-to-day Māori business protocols.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinating documentation and follow-ups
- Ensuring that all team members have the necessary resources and support
- Liaising with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Assisting in the implementation of the programmes
- Supporting the team in daily activities and ensuring the project runs smoothly
- Preparing reports and other documentation as required
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Teams and MS Suite, including MS Project
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
