Project Manager – People and Property
We are seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage the delivery of planned maintenance works in accordance with the companies strategic and budgetary requirements.
You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on planned maintenance work and contractor performance and competence in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Providing support and information to the Tenancy, Maintenance Delivery and Asset Management staff to support a shared services approach to maintenance and contributing to the development of future planned programmes.
Reporting to the Manager Planned Programmes on scope, cost and time for allocated projects, supporting the Manager Planned Programmes to develop a consistent approach to planned maintenance, stakeholder management and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Security policy. A good understanding of CAPEX and OPEX would be advantageous.
You will need to have sound experience managing projects with the ability to prepare comprehensive and robust project plans which identify project risks and mitigation strategies. Demonstrated experience working in the residential property or construction industry, excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. You will need to have had experience in fit outs and or retro fits outs, experience with MS projects systems and you will need to be Prince 2 qualified.
